The Cul-de-Sac Club
Bring back the block party. Split the cost. Build the tradition.
Remember when the neighborhood felt like a community?
High grocery bills, crazy theater prices, and busy schedules mean private backyard luxury events are taking a backseat. But that doesn’t mean your street has to stay locked indoors.

The Cul-de-Sac Club takes our commercial-grade, massive screens out of the hidden backyard and puts them right on the asphalt where the whole street can share the cost, the food, and the fun. It’s the ultimate hyper-local staycation.
Zero Setup
We handle 100% of the equipment, audio, and teardown. You just bring your lawn chairs.
Split the Bill
Share a simple Venmo split with 5 neighbors to make it cheaper than a trip to the theater.

Block Party Tradition
Combine a great afternoon neighborhood BBQ with a massive, premium cinematic event.
From Afternoon BBQ to Cinematic Dusk
1. The Afternoon Kickoff
Fire up the grills around 5:00 PM. Have everyone bring their favorite meat to grill, a side dish to share, and a cooler full of drinks.

2. Building Real Relationships
While the kids run wild safely in the cul-de-sac, the adults actually get to sit down, relax, catch up, and welcome new neighbors to the block.

3. The Main Event
As the sun dips below the Colorado mountains, the grills turn off, the lawn chairs come out, and the massive screen lights up.

4. An Annual Tradition
This isn't just a one-time party. The neighborhoods we work with look forward to this every single summer, creating core memories the kids will talk about when they grow up.

Where should we set up?
You choose the spot:
- The Neighborhood Pocket Park: Perfect for shared HOA green spaces, common areas, or local parks. (Note: If your park setup doesn't have a standard utility power outlet within 100 feet, no problem! We can provide a dedicated, ultra-quiet digital inverter generator for a flat $50 power fee to keep the cinema running smoothly).
- The Big Backyard: If one neighbor has a massive lawn, move the party behind the fence and plug right into a standard home outlet.
- The Shared Driveway or Cul-de-sac: Great for front-yard hosting on asphalt or cement using standard driveway power.
Note for Denver Metro events: We love traveling up the Front Range! Events outside our local area just require a standard, mileage-based travel fee to cover round-trip logistics.

Your Neighborhood Text Thread Template:
"Hey everyone! Want to do a massive neighborhood BBQ and movie night for the kids and families sometime this summer? I found an awesome outdoor movie company.
If we get 5 or 6 families to chip in about $125 each, we can get a giant commercial screen and pro sound system set up right here [in the neighborhood park / on the driveway / in a backyard / in the cul-de-sac]. We can start with a potluck BBQ in the afternoon and start the movie at dusk.
I’m looking at Saturdays in [Month, e.g., July]. Which of these dates would work best for everyone to get a head count?
- [Option Date 1]
- [Option Date 2]
- [Option Date 3]
Let me know what works and I’ll check their availability to lock it in!"
